The challenge
An ambitious target of 50% time savings was set at the outset of the project and ultimately exceeded through close collaboration with Perception Consulting and disciplined delivery. Strong developer–user collaboration ensured expertise was built in-house and the resulting tools were maintainable and readily adopted.
